Privacy Notice

The Short Version

We do not ask for your name, email, identity documents, or payment details, and we do not run KYC. We do keep records keyed by your wallet address about what you do on the Site, because features like profiles, Reputation Points, boosts, calls, and the dust pool cannot work otherwise. Everything you put on a blockchain or on IPFS through the Site is public and permanent. Inside Telegram we hold your Telegram user id and an encrypted copy of your embedded wallet keystore that we cannot decrypt.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Site our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically record standard technical information, which may include:

• Browser type and version, operating system, and device type
• IP address, used for hosting, security, rate limiting, and any geographic restriction
• Referring website, pages visited, and date and time of access
• Error logs and technical diagnostics

We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral analytics trackers on the Site.

Information Keyed by Your Wallet Address

A wallet address is a public identifier, and most of what the Site records is tied to one. When you connect a wallet and use a feature, we may store on our servers, keyed by that address:

• Profile data you set: username, avatar, bio, social links, website, and any linked wallet addresses, saved with the signature you provide when editing.
• Activity counts used to compute Reputation Points: coins created and graduated, badges bought, boosts activated, calls made, on-chain chat messages sent, NFT mints, swaps, and tips credited, together with transaction hashes submitted as proof, plus any points we grant or adjust.
• Boosts and sacrifices you activate on a coin or profile, with the transaction hash, type, timestamp, and any image, video, or sound you uploaded for them.
• Calls you make on a coin, with the price level and time, shown publicly on your profile and in the feed.
• Your opt-in to the dust pool, which places your address in a list that other users can request batches from, and a record of which tokens have already been sent to you.
• Computer Fund donations you submit for verification, shown publicly on the leaderboard once confirmed on chain.
• Signed limit orders and DCA ladders, which are forwarded to and stored by switch.win, the order service, together with your address.
• Farms you create through the Site, listed for display.
• Airdrop snapshots and claim records, derived from public chain logs of the chat relay contract.

We also read public blockchain data associated with any address, such as balances, transfers, and contract interactions, to render the Site. That data is public before we read it and remains public regardless of anything we do.

Content You Post

Anything you submit through the Site is treated as public:

• On-chain chat messages are PulseChain transactions from your wallet. They are permanent, publicly readable by anyone with a block explorer, and cannot be edited or deleted by you or by us.
• TrollBox messages are stored on our servers with the sender identifier you supplied (a wallet address or an anonymous session id) and the time received. They are retained until the message list rolls over and may be removed by us at any time.
• Coin names, symbols, descriptions, and images you launch with are written to the chain or to IPFS and cannot be withdrawn.
• Images, banners, videos, and sounds you upload for a profile, coin, or boost are pinned to IPFS, a public network. Content on IPFS can be copied by anyone and cannot be reliably removed. Uploads may pass through pump.tires or another pinning service, which sees the file and your address.
• Locker vault names and lock records are on chain and appear on the locker leaderboard.

Telegram Mini App and the Embedded Wallet

When you open the Site inside Telegram, Telegram passes us signed launch data that includes your Telegram user id, first and last name, username, language, and premium status. We verify it and use the user id to keep a session and to associate you with your embedded wallet.

If you create or import an embedded wallet, your seed phrase is generated or entered in your browser and encrypted there with the password you choose. The encrypted keystore is stored in your browser's local database. Inside Telegram, a copy of the encrypted keystore and the wallet's public address are also stored on our server, keyed to your Telegram user id, so the wallet can be unlocked on another device. We store only the encrypted form. We never receive your password or plaintext seed phrase, cannot decrypt the keystore, and cannot recover the wallet for you.

Outside Telegram nothing about the embedded wallet leaves your browser.

Information Stored in Your Browser

The Site uses browser storage (localStorage, IndexedDB, and cookies) for things that only need to live on your device: your acceptance of the Terms of Use and the entry notice, your platform choice, wallet connection state, the embedded wallet keystore, sound and display preferences, and a Telegram session token when applicable. Clearing browser storage removes them, including the local keystore, and you will be asked to accept the Terms again.

Information You Send Us Directly

If you contact us through a support channel we may receive your email address or messaging handle and whatever you choose to tell us. We do not collect Know Your Customer information, names, postal addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers, or financial account details, and we ask you not to send them.

How We Use Information

We use the information above only to:

• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and Services, and render the features you use.
• Compute and display profiles, Reputation Points, leaderboards, calls, boosts, and other activity records.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, spam, fraud, and violations of the Terms of Use, including through rate limits and signature checks.
• Run airdrops and the dust pool, where you have opted in or qualified.
• Respond to support requests.
• Comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests.

Who Can See It

Public by design: profiles, Reputation Points, leaderboards, calls, boosts, locker records, Computer Fund donations, on-chain chat, coin metadata, and anything on IPFS are visible to every visitor and, where on chain, to the world.

Other users: if you opt in to the dust pool, your wallet address is disclosed to users who request a batch, so they can send you tokens. Coin creators see the addresses that hold and trade their coin, as anyone can on chain.

Service providers: we use third parties to run the Site and share with them only what the service needs. At the date of this Notice they include a web hosting provider, Upstash (Redis database), pump.tires (profile import, sign-in, and image pinning, when you choose to use them), IPFS pinning services, switch.win (swap routing and the limit order service), Telegram (mini app launch data and bot messages), and public PulseChain RPC and explorer services. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

PLSX Terminal: we can view and adjust the activity records above in order to operate the Site, compute Reputation Points, and act on abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the information we hold, including signature verification for wallet-keyed writes, replay guards, server-side checks of administrative actions, and encryption of embedded wallet keystores before they ever reach us. No system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for the security of your wallet, seed phrase, password, device, and Telegram account.

Data Retention

We retain activity records for as long as the feature they support exists, since Reputation Points and profiles are cumulative by nature. TrollBox messages are retained only until the message list rolls over. Airdrop snapshots are frozen and kept for as long as the claim contract is live. On-chain and IPFS content is outside our control and is retained by those networks indefinitely. Aggregated, anonymized data may be kept for analysis.

Your Choices

You can use most of the Site without connecting a wallet. You can decline to create a profile, opt out of the dust pool with a signed message, delete your local embedded wallet keystore from the Settings page, and clear your browser storage at any time. You can ask us to remove profile data or activity records we hold about your address through the support channels shown on the Site; we will do so where the feature allows, but we cannot remove anything from the blockchain or from IPFS, and removing activity records will remove the Reputation Points derived from them.

"Do Not Track" Signals

PLSX Terminal does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals or similar browser mechanisms.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it to the extent possible.

International Data Transfers

Our providers may process and store information in countries other than yours, which may have different data protection laws. By using the Site you consent to that transfer and processing.

Links to Third-Party Websites

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including switch.win, pump.tires, PulseX, Emit.farm, SwitchX.fi, the TGSniper Telegram bot, block explorers, and YouTube for featured videos. This Notice does not apply to them. Review their privacy policies before using them.

Updates to this Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Notice.
