IMPORTANT NOTICE: READ CAREFULLY. NOT A TRADING PLATFORM, NO CUSTODY, EXTREME RISK OF LOSS. PLSX TERMINAL IS NOT A PLATFORM FOR TRADING OR INVESTMENT. WE ARE A TECHNOLOGY PROVIDER OFFERING AN INTERFACE TO PUBLIC BLOCKCHAIN CONTRACTS. WE DO NOT TAKE CUSTODY OF DIGITAL ASSETS. WE DO NOT OPERATE AN EXCHANGE OR BROKERAGE. WE DO NOT OFFER INVESTMENT ADVICE, FINANCIAL ADVICE, OR RECOMMENDATIONS OF ANY KIND. DIGITAL ASSETS DISPLAYED, CREATED, OR TRADED THROUGH THIS SITE ARE USER-CREATED, EXTREMELY SPECULATIVE AND RISKY, AND MOST ARE LIKELY TO LOSE ALL VALUE. EVERY BOOST, BADGE, BANNER, BORDER, CHAT MESSAGE, AND NFT MINT ON THIS SITE IS A SACRIFICE FOR FUN: FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND MADE WITH NO EXPECTATION OF PROFIT, RETURN, OR ANY WORK OR EFFORT BY PLSX TERMINAL, ANY CREATOR, OR ANY OTHER PERSON. YOU COULD SUFFER A COMPLETE LOSS. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE RISKS, LIMITATIONS, AND DISCLAIMERS DETAILED BELOW. THIS DOCUMENT IS NOT LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. CONSULT PROFESSIONAL LEGAL AND FINANCIAL COUNSEL BEFORE USING THIS SITE OR ENGAGING IN ANY DIGITAL ASSET TRANSACTION.

1. Introduction

Welcome to PLSX Terminal, available at plsx.fun and through the PLSX Terminal Telegram mini app (together, the "Site"). PLSX Terminal ("we," "our," or "us") is an informational interface and technology tool for the PulseChain network. It lets you view public blockchain data and prepare transactions that you may independently choose to sign and broadcast with your own wallet. The Site includes a DEX swap interface, limit orders, farming displays, two token launchers (the PLSX Launcher and the HEX Launcher), tax token creation, a token locker, several NFT collections, an on-chain chat, creator profiles, paid promotional "sacrifices," a reputation score, airdrop and dust tools, and an optional self-custodial embedded wallet. Each of these is described in Section 7.

We operate as a non-custodial service. We do not hold user funds, execute trades on your behalf, or control the smart contracts you interact with. Every transaction is built in your browser, shown to you in your own wallet, and broadcast only when you sign it.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and every related service and feature (collectively, the "Services"). Please read them carefully and in their entirety. By accessing or using the Site, including through the Telegram mini app where no acceptance screen is shown, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.

2. No Custody, No Brokerage, No Exchange: An Interface to Public Contracts

2.1 Non-Custodial Interface: Absolute User Control and Responsibility

We operate a strictly non-custodial technology solution. We do not, at any time, hold, manage, control, or have access to your digital assets, private keys, or wallet credentials. Your digital assets remain solely under your control at all times.

All blockchain transactions you submit are initiated, authorized, and executed solely by you, acting independently through your own third-party wallet, or through the embedded wallet described in Section 2.4, whose keys only you hold. You bear exclusive and absolute responsibility for the security, access, and management of your private keys, seed phrases, passwords, wallets, and all digital assets held in them.

2.2 No Execution or Brokerage: Not a Financial or Intermediary Service

PLSX Terminal is not a registered or regulated entity and does not operate as a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, money transmitter, payment processor, or any other form of financial intermediary.

We do not match buyers and sellers, operate order books, execute trades, or handle any aspect of settlement or clearing. Swaps are routed by an independent aggregator, limit orders are held and matched by an independent order service, and bonding-curve trades, mints, locks, and claims are executed by public smart contracts on PulseChain, all of which you interact with directly from your wallet.

PLSX Terminal provides no investment advice, financial recommendations, endorsements, or solicitations regarding any digital asset, token, NFT, or transaction. Information displayed on the Site is for informational purposes only.

2.3 Interface Fees: Transparent and Disclosed, Never Custodial

Some transactions prepared through the Site include a fee to PLSX Terminal or to the creator of a coin, and some contracts charge a fixed creation fee or a mint sacrifice. Every such fee is part of the transaction data you review and authorize in your own wallet before broadcasting, and the current schedule is published at plsx.fun/fees and summarized in Section 6.

We do not offer, list, sell, issue, or trade any digital asset, financial product, or security. PLSX Terminal has no coin or token of its own and never will. We do not take possession or control of any digital asset or user funds at any time.

2.4 Embedded Wallet: Self-Custodial, Your Keys Only

The Site offers an optional embedded wallet, reachable from the Wallet and Settings pages and used by default inside the Telegram mini app. When you create one, a seed phrase is generated in your browser, an account is derived from it, and the seed phrase is encrypted with a password you choose. The encrypted keystore is stored in your browser's local database. Inside Telegram, a copy of that encrypted keystore is also stored on our server, keyed to your Telegram account, so that the same wallet can be unlocked on another device. The server only ever holds the encrypted form; the plaintext seed phrase and your password never leave your device.

This wallet is self-custodial. We cannot see, reset, or recover your password or seed phrase. If you lose both, the wallet and everything in it are permanently unrecoverable, and we have no ability to help. You are solely responsible for backing up your seed phrase, for the strength and secrecy of your password, and for the security of any device or Telegram account through which the keystore can be reached. The embedded wallet is experimental software provided as is, and you use it entirely at your own risk.

3. Transactions: User-Driven and User-Verified

3.1 Transaction Preparation: Convenience and Formatting Assistance Only

The Site provides interfaces that prepare blockchain transactions for you, such as swaps, bonding-curve buys and sells, coin launches, token locks, NFT mints, fee claims, machine cycles, chat messages, and sacrifices. These interfaces are intended solely to assist you in formatting transaction parameters and are provided for convenience only.

You remain fully and exclusively responsible for every aspect of any transaction you choose to initiate, including independently verifying all parameters, ensuring you hold sufficient PLS for network fees, understanding what the contract will do with what you send, and confirming compliance with all applicable laws before broadcasting.

3.2 User Due Diligence: Your Essential Obligation to Investigate and Verify

Before using the Site to prepare any transaction, you agree that you must conduct your own thorough, independent, and informed due diligence regarding any digital asset, coin, NFT, farm, smart contract, or other on-chain interaction, including its code, tokenomics, tax settings, liquidity, and legal and regulatory implications.

PLSX Terminal provides no due diligence, verification, or vetting of any kind. We have not verified the legitimacy, authenticity, security, or quality of any coin, farm, or contract you interact with through the Site, including coins launched through our own launchers and farms listed from third-party providers. All such verification and risk assessment is solely your responsibility.

3.3 No Endorsement: Informational Display Without Warranty

Any reference to, mention of, or display of third-party protocols, tokens, NFTs, farms, projects, wallets, or entities on the Site, including the Trenches feed, the Agents and Creators roster, the DEX lists, the Core page, the Backpages archive, the tracked-wallet alerts, the leaderboards, and any "King of the Hill," featured video, banner, badge, border, or other promotional placement, is provided solely for information and convenience. It does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, sponsorship, or warranty of any kind by PLSX Terminal. Promotional placements are paid for by users through the sacrifices described in Section 7.9 and say nothing about the quality or legitimacy of what they promote.

Logos, token symbols, prices, market capitalizations, charts, candles, and other data displayed on the Site are sourced from public blockchain data and third-party services, may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or manipulated. We make no representation regarding their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

4. Assumption of Risk: You Must Understand and Accept Extreme Dangers

4.1 Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Risks: Inherent, Substantial, and Potentially Devastating

You expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that engaging with digital assets and blockchain transactions, particularly memecoins, bonding-curve coins, tax tokens, and NFTs created and traded through the Site, is inherently speculative, extraordinarily risky, and carries a significant and ever-present risk of substantial and potentially total financial loss. These risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Extreme Market Volatility and Price Swings: Prices for coins created and traded through the Site can fluctuate wildly and unpredictably, potentially resulting in rapid and complete loss of funds.
  • Total Loss of Funds: You could lose all cryptocurrency and digital assets used in transactions initiated through the Site. The value of any coin can decline to zero.
  • Smart Contract Risks and Exploitable Vulnerabilities: The launchers, vaults, machines, locker, chat relay, NFT collections, and every third-party contract the Site connects to are complex code that may contain bugs, security flaws, and exploitable vulnerabilities. Some of these contracts are immutable and have no owner, admin, pause, or upgrade path, which means a defect cannot be fixed after deployment.
  • Rug Pull Scams and Fraudulent Schemes: Coins created on open launchers are highly susceptible to rug pulls, pump-and-dump schemes, honeypot tax settings, and other fraud. Creators may change a tax token's settings after launch, sell into a curve they seeded, or abandon a project. PLSX Terminal provides no protection against such conduct.
  • Irreversible Actions: Sacrifices, mint fees, chat fees, seed deposits, locks, and compounding are one-way. There is no refund path, no cancellation, and no support desk that can reverse an on-chain action.
  • Illiquidity and Market Manipulation: Many coins have severely limited or no liquidity. You may be unable to sell at desired prices or at all. Prices for thinly traded coins can be easily manipulated, and prices displayed on the Site may not reflect what you can actually obtain.
  • Exchange, Wallet, and Third-Party Platform Risks: Wallets, aggregators, order services, farms, hosting, and data providers you rely on to use the Site may fail, be compromised, change their terms, or shut down, and any assets or orders held with them are at risk.
  • Legal and Regulatory Uncertainty and Risk: The legal status of digital assets is uncertain and changing. Future regulation may drastically alter or negatively impact the legality, functionality, and value of digital assets and may restrict or prohibit platforms like the Site.
  • Private Key Security and Irreversible Loss: Loss, theft, or compromise of your private keys, seed phrase, or embedded wallet password will irreversibly result in the permanent loss of your digital assets. PLSX Terminal cannot recover them under any circumstances.
  • Technology and Infrastructure Risks: The Site, PulseChain, and the contracts it connects to are experimental. They are subject to bugs, congestion, outages, RPC failures, stale data, and unforeseen operational risks that can lead to failed transactions, incorrect displays, and financial loss.
  • Force Majeure Events: The digital asset ecosystem and the Site are vulnerable to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, pandemics, governmental actions, and regulatory changes.

4.2 No Guarantees, No Promises of Profit, No Investment Advice: You Are Your Own Financial Advisor

PLSX Terminal makes no guarantees, promises, or representations of any kind regarding the Site, the Services, or any digital asset accessed or created through the Site. We do not guarantee that using the Site will result in financial gain, a successful launch, a graduated coin, a filled order, a claimable fee, a running machine, a minted NFT, an airdrop, or any other outcome.

Nothing on the Site, including price data, charts, the Trenches feed, calls made by other users, reputation scores, leaderboards, promotional placements, or educational content, is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Never commit more than you can afford to lose entirely.

You are not relying on, and must not expect, any work, effort, development, promotion, marketing, or management by PLSX Terminal, any coin creator, any NFT collection creator, or any other person to produce value for anything you hold, mint, or sacrifice for. Every sacrifice and every mint is made for fun, and nothing that follows it is owed to you.

4.3 Experimental Technology and "Beta" Nature: Expect Imperfections and Risks

The Site and Services are based on rapidly evolving, experimental, "beta" stage blockchain technology and software, and may contain errors, bugs, inaccuracies, unexpected behavior, and security vulnerabilities. Your use of the Site and any experimental feature is entirely at your own risk. We make no warranty regarding uptime, performance, accuracy, security, or reliability.

5. User Representations and Warranties: Your Binding Commitments to Us

By accessing and using the Site, you represent and warrant to PLSX Terminal that, continuously and at all times:

  • Age and Legal Capacity: You are at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction, and you possess the full legal right, power, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Risk Comprehension and Acceptance: You have read, fully understand, and knowingly and voluntarily accept the risks described in Section 4 and the product-specific risks described in Section 7.
  • Independent and Informed Decision-Making: You are using the Site solely on your own behalf, based on your own independent judgment and research, and are not relying on PLSX Terminal for any advice, recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee.
  • Sufficient Knowledge and Expertise: You possess sufficient knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, smart contracts, and wallet security to responsibly use the Site and to assess and assume the risks involved.
  • Lawful and Ethical Use and Intent: You will use the Site strictly for lawful purposes and will not use it for any illegal, fraudulent, manipulative, or harmful activity, including launching coins or setting token taxes with intent to defraud.
  • No Expectation of Guaranteed Profit or Financial Gain: You understand that PLSX Terminal makes no promise of profit or any specific outcome, and you are not using the Site with any such expectation.
  • Sacrifices Are Sacrifices: You understand that every boost, badge, banner, border, chat message, Coin War, and NFT mint is a sacrifice made for fun, that it is final, that nothing is bought and nothing is owed to you in return, that you expect nothing beyond the sacrifice itself, and that you have no expectation of profit or of any work or effort by PLSX Terminal, any creator, or any other person.
  • Regulatory and Legal Compliance: Your use of the Site and all related blockchain activity complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including securities, commodities, tax, anti-money laundering, sanctions, consumer protection, and data privacy laws.
  • Accuracy and Truthfulness of Information: All information you provide, including profile details, coin metadata, and any support communication, is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
  • No Location in Restricted Jurisdictions: You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in Section 16.
  • Transaction Verification Responsibility: Before signing any transaction, you are solely responsible for independently verifying every parameter, including recipient addresses, amounts, fees, the contract being called, and the network fee. You will not rely solely on the Site's display.

6. Fees

The complete and current fee schedule is published at plsx.fun/fees, which is incorporated into these Terms. Any fee included in a transaction is visible in your wallet before you sign. Where a contract reads its fee live, the amount the contract reports at the moment of the transaction governs. In summary, at the date of these Terms:

  • Swaps: a 0.30% interface fee on the token you spend, on swaps routed through our aggregation partner, switch.win. Limit orders, DCA, and the order book carry no interface fee.
  • Launcher trades: a 2% fee on every bonding-curve buy and sell on the PLSX Launcher and the HEX Launcher, split 1% to PLSX Terminal and 1% to the coin's creator, paid in the launcher's quote asset (PLSX or HEX).
  • Launching a coin: a creator seed deposit of 150,000 PLSX on the PLSX Launcher or 500 HEX on the HEX Launcher, escrowed and committed to the pool at graduation.
  • Tax tokens: a plain token costs only gas; a taxed token costs 1,000,000 PLS to create, and PLSX Terminal receives 0.45% of that token's collected taxes.
  • Token Locker: 100,000 PLS to create a locker vault; individual locks cost only gas.
  • NFT mints, each a sacrifice for fun, exact and non-refundable: Causality 10,000,000 PLS; PLSX Pets 1,000,000 PLS; Cruis'n Hexico 1,000,000 PLS; Agentic LP Vault 5,000,000 PLS; Machine Module 10,000,000 PLS.
  • On-chain chat: 10,000 PLS per message, paid to the chat relay's recipient address.
  • Boost sacrifices: the amounts listed in Section 7.9.
  • Network (gas) fees: paid by you directly to PulseChain validators on every transaction. PLSX Terminal receives no portion of gas.

Should the fee schedule change, the updated schedule will be posted at plsx.fun/fees before it takes effect. Fees written into immutable contracts cannot be changed by anyone.

7. The Products: What Each Feature Does and What You Accept by Using It

This Section describes each product on the Site as it exists at the date of these Terms. It is a summary of how the underlying contracts and services behave, not a warranty that they will behave that way. Where this Section and the deployed contract differ, the contract governs. By using a product you accept the specific risks described for it.

7.1 DEX Swaps, Core, Trenches, and Portfolio

Swaps are routed by switch.win, an independent PulseChain DEX aggregator, across PulseX and other liquidity sources. switch.win builds the route and quote; your wallet signs and broadcasts it. A 0.30% interface fee is taken on the token you spend. Quotes can move between display and execution, slippage settings are yours to choose, and a swap into a coin with a transfer tax, a blacklist, or thin liquidity can deliver far less than quoted or fail outright.

The Trenches feed, the Core page, the DEX lists, and the Portfolio page display public chain data and third-party market data. They may be delayed or wrong. Site-wide alerts such as whale buys, big-buy splashes, mint announcements, and tracked-wallet banners are automated displays triggered by chain activity and are not recommendations.

7.2 Limit Orders, DCA, and the Order Book

Limit orders and DCA ladders are signed messages that the Site submits, through our server, to switch.win's order service. They are not held by PLSX Terminal and are not guaranteed to fill; a fill depends on a third-party filler choosing to execute it on chain at a moment the market allows. Cancelling an order through the Site only removes it from the off-chain service. To make a signed order unfillable on chain you must also invalidate its nonce by transaction, which the Site offers but which you must sign. Until you do, a previously signed order can still be executed. These features are provided free of any interface fee, and we may withdraw or change them at any time.

7.3 Farms

The Farm page displays farming and staking opportunities from third-party providers, currently Emit.farm and SwitchX.fi, and lets you deposit into their contracts from your wallet. Those contracts, their reward tokens, their referral programs, and their emissions schedules belong to and are controlled by the third party, not by PLSX Terminal. We take no fee, exercise no control, and make no representation about their safety, solvency, or returns. Farms created through the Site are tracked in our database for display only.

7.4 The PLSX Launcher and the HEX Launcher

Each launcher is a public bonding-curve contract. A creator launches a coin with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000, of which 820,000,000 are sold on the curve. The creator deposits a seed, 150,000 PLSX or 500 HEX, which is escrowed and committed to the pool at graduation. Buyers and sellers trade against the curve in PLSX or HEX, and every trade pays a 2% fee, 1% to PLSX Terminal and 1% to the creator. The creator's share accrues in the contract and is claimed by the creator from the coin's page.

A coin graduates when its curve has raised 198,000,000 PLSX or 198,000 HEX net, and the curve sells out entirely at 216,000,000 PLSX or 216,000 HEX. At graduation the raised asset and the remaining supply are deposited as liquidity on PulseX. On current curves the liquidity position is held by an Agentic Vault NFT (an Agentic PLSX Vault or an Agentic HEX Vault) minted to the coin's creator. That NFT can claim the pool's trading fees but cannot withdraw the liquidity. Earlier curve versions burned the LP tokens instead. The coin's page states which applies.

Coins launched on either launcher are created by users, not by PLSX Terminal. The launcher displays them all without review. A launched coin can fail to graduate, can be sold into by its own creator, can be abandoned, and can go to zero. Graduated coins trade on PulseX like any other token and carry every risk in Section 4.

7.5 Tax Tokens (PLSX Forge)

The Create page can deploy a plain token for the cost of gas, or a taxed token for 1,000,000 PLS. A taxed token applies a creator-chosen percentage to buys and sells and routes it to one or more of: a treasury wallet, a burn, reflections to holders, automatic liquidity, a yield token bought for holders, or the purchase and burn of another project's token. PLSX Terminal receives 0.45% of every taxed token's collected taxes. The creator controls the token after launch through the Manage Tax Token tab and can change tax rates and destinations within the contract's limits. If you buy a taxed token you accept that its creator, not PLSX Terminal, decides how it behaves, and that a tax setting can make a token expensive or impossible to sell.

7.6 Token Locker

The Token Locker deploys a personal locker vault for 100,000 PLS. A vault holds up to 100 locks of one token, each with an unlock time up to 3,650 days away. Locked tokens can only be released after their unlock time; there is no early release, no pause, and no administrator who can intervene. Vault ownership can be transferred. Locks are public and appear on the locker leaderboard. A lock is a commitment you cannot undo, and a token you lock may be worthless by the time it unlocks.

7.7 NFT Collections

The NFTs tab hosts collections deployed by PLSX Terminal or by users associated with it. Every mint is a sacrifice for fun. The mint fee must be sent exactly, is never refunded, buys nothing, and creates no expectation of profit, return, or any work or effort by PLSX Terminal, the collection's creator, or anyone else. Mint fees are read live from the contract; the value the contract reports governs. Minting does not entitle you to any return, and the art, traits, and any yield are produced by immutable code that no one can alter.

  • Causality: 100 NFTs, 10,000,000 PLS each. Each holds a position in the EXE/HEX PulseX pool. Claiming pays the holder the HEX side of accrued fees and permanently destroys the EXE side. Once a Causality token has been transferred, its liquidity is locked forever for everyone, including the creator; what a holder owns is the fee stream, never the capital. Fees may be too small to claim on a quiet pool.
  • PLSX Pets: 100 NFTs, 1,000,000 PLS each. A pet must be fed with EXE, which is burned on every feed, and it dies if neglected. Resurrection costs PLSX. Shop items cost what the contract reports. A dead pet is the product working as designed, not a defect.
  • Cruis'n Hexico: 100 cars, 1,000,000 PLS each. Every car owns a private on-chain account that mines HEX by opening HEX stakes of 1 to 5,555 days (no more than eight at once), mints Hedron from them, and can roll HDRN into Icosa for ICSA. The car can also hold EXE/HEX pool tokens whose fees pay HEX and burn EXE. Transferring the car transfers the entire position, including open stakes and unclaimed yield. Ending a HEX stake early incurs HEX's own penalties, which the Site does not control.
  • Agentic LP Vaults: 5,000,000 PLS to mint. A vault NFT holds a PulseX V2 liquidity position and lets its holder claim accrued trading fees without withdrawing the position, or withdraw the position at any time. It has no owner, no admin, and no fee cut beyond the mint fee. On a token with a hostile or extremely expensive transfer, fees may be unclaimable even though the capital can always be withdrawn.
  • Machine Modules: 10,000,000 PLS to mint. A machine holds one Agentic PLSX Vault NFT and, once the vault's accrued fees reach 25 basis points of its locked floor, anyone may run its cycle. The caller keeps 1% of the liquidity the cycle produces; the rest is reinvested as permanently locked liquidity. Compounding is one-way: the vault NFT can always be withdrawn, but every fee the machine has reinvested stays locked forever. Roughly half of each fee is destroyed upstream during the vault's claim. A price guard blocks cycles when the price sits more than 3% from its average, and a window that has grown stale can be reset by anyone after six hours, after which the machine waits another six hours. A quiet pool may never cycle.

7.8 On-Chain Chat and the TrollBox

The chat on the Terminal page, on every coin page, and on every profile page is fully on chain. Each message is a PulseChain transaction through the ChatRelay contract that pays 10,000 PLS, described on the Site as a "Sacrifice for Fun," to the chat relay. Messages are public, permanent, and cannot be edited or deleted by you or by us. Anything you post, including addresses, links, and claims about coins, is visible to everyone forever. Do not post anything you would not want permanently attributed to your wallet.

The TrollBox is a separate, off-chain chat stored on our servers. It opens site-wide for a period after any user makes the 1,000,000 PLS Sacrifice to $TROLL and is otherwise closed. It requires no wallet and accepts an anonymous session identifier. Messages are rate limited (one per eight seconds and thirty per day per sender), pass a profanity and phishing-link filter, are retained only until the message list rolls over, and may be removed by us at any time. It is provided for entertainment and is not moderated in real time.

7.9 Profiles, Boosts, Badges, Sacrifices, and Coin Wars

Everything on this site is for fun. Every boost, banner, badge, border, video, sound, photo change, Coin War, and NFT mint is a sacrifice: a one-way transfer of PLS, made to show conviction and support. Nothing is bought. Nothing is owed to you in return. Sacrifices are final, cannot be refunded, and do not create any product, service, subscription, or entitlement, and you make them with no expectation of profit or of any work or effort by PLSX Terminal, any creator, or any other person. Activations run for a limited time or until replaced by a later sacrifice, and a later sacrifice by anyone can replace yours.

At the date of these Terms the sacrifices on a coin page are:

  • Banner image: 5,000,000 PLS. Anyone can replace the current banner with a new sacrifice.
  • Token photo change: 5,000,000 PLS. Changes the coin's logo on PLSX Terminal only.
  • Badge boost: Blue 10,000,000 PLS, Gold 25,000,000 PLS, White 50,000,000 PLS. A higher tier supersedes a lower one.
  • Sacrifice borders (rainbow, golden lightning, and others): 1,000,000 PLS each.
  • Featured video: 2,000,000 PLS. Audio sacrifice alert: 750,000 PLS. Sound pick: 200,000 PLS.
  • Community Take-Over (CTO): 1,500,000 PLS. Lists the coin on the DEX CTO tab; it moves to the main tab above 200,000,000 PLS of pool liquidity and back below it.
  • Dancing emojis: 100,000 PLS, running for one hour from activation.
  • Sacrifice to $TROLL: 1,000,000 PLS. Opens the TrollBox for everyone for a period.
  • Coin Wars: 1,000,000 PLS to challenge another coin. The outcome is decided by the rules shown on the Site at the time and confers nothing beyond the display.

Creator profiles let you set a username, avatar, bio, social links, and linked wallet addresses, signed from your wallet. Profile details can be imported from pump.tires if you sign in to that service through the Site; that sign-in and any data it involves are governed by pump.tires. Profiles are public. Uploaded avatars, banners, coin images, and promo art are pinned to IPFS, a public network from which content cannot be reliably removed.

7.10 Reputation Points, Leaderboards, and Calls

Reputation Points (RP) are a score we compute for a wallet from its recorded activity on the Site: coins created and graduated, badges bought, boosts, NFT mints, swaps, tips, calls, and chat messages, each weighted and, for repeatable actions, capped, according to the rules published on the Info page. RP has no monetary value, is not a token, cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed, and confers no rights. We may change the weights and caps at any time, which re-scores every wallet, may grant RP at our discretion, and may reduce, reset, or revoke any wallet's RP, including for suspected abuse. The leaderboard and profile scores are public.

A "call" is a user marking a coin at a price on its chart and optionally sharing it. Calls are user opinions, are shown publicly on the caller's profile and in the feed, and are not advice from PLSX Terminal or anyone else.

7.11 Airdrops, the Dust Pool, and the Computer Fund

Airdrops: from time to time we may run an airdrop, such as a distribution to wallets that used the on-chain chat, based on a snapshot frozen at a block of our choosing and claimed by each recipient through a claim contract. Whether an airdrop happens, what it distributes, who qualifies, and how much each wallet receives are entirely at our discretion. An airdrop is a gift, not compensation, and no one has a right to one. Claim windows may close.

The Dust Pool: if you opt in, your wallet address is added to a pool from which other users, typically coin creators, may request batches of up to twenty addresses to send small amounts of their token to. By opting in you agree that your address will be disclosed to those users and that you may receive unsolicited tokens of any kind, which may be worthless, may be malicious, and may be designed to trick you into interacting with a hostile contract. Never approve, sell, or interact with a token you did not ask for without independent verification. Opting out requires a signed message from your wallet.

The Computer Fund: a donation jar, at a fixed address shown on the Site, toward a development machine. Donations are voluntary gifts, are not refundable, purchase nothing, and are listed on a public leaderboard once verified on chain.

7.12 Telegram Mini App and External Links

The Site is also available as a Telegram mini app. Using it constitutes acceptance of these Terms even though the mini app does not show the acceptance screen. Inside Telegram we receive the data Telegram passes to mini apps, including your Telegram user id and name, and we associate it with your embedded wallet as described in Section 2.4. Telegram's own terms and privacy policy also apply.

The Site links to external services, including the TGSniper Telegram bot, pump.tires, switch.win, PulseX, Emit.farm, SwitchX.fi, block explorers, and YouTube for featured videos. Some links carry referral parameters. These services are not operated or controlled by PLSX Terminal, may charge their own fees, and are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

8. User Content: What You Post Is Yours, Public, and Often Permanent

"User Content" means anything you submit through the Site: chat messages, TrollBox messages, profile details, coin names, symbols, descriptions, and images, banners, promo art, videos, sounds, calls, and locker vault names. You retain whatever rights you have in your User Content. By submitting it you grant PLSX Terminal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Site, and you represent that you have the right to grant that license and that the content does not infringe anyone's rights or violate Section 12.

You understand that on-chain messages, coin metadata, and locker records are written to a public blockchain and cannot be removed by anyone, and that images pinned to IPFS cannot be reliably removed. We may remove, hide, or refuse to display any User Content on the Site at our discretion, but we cannot remove it from the chain or from IPFS. We are not responsible for User Content posted by others.

9. No Warranties; Full Disclaimer of Liability: You Assume All Risks

9.1 No Warranties: Site and Services Provided "As Is"

THE SITE AND SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, SOFTWARE, CONTRACTS, THE EMBEDDED WALLET, DATA, AND FUNCTIONALITY, ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLSX TERMINAL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY) REGARDING THE SITE AND SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, UPTIME, OR FREEDOM FROM ERRORS, BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9.2 Maximum Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLSX TERMINAL, NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE OR ECONOMIC LOSSES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THESE TERMS, THE SITE, THE SERVICES, OR YOUR USE THEREOF, OR ANY TRANSACTION INITIATED OR FACILITATED THROUGH THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF PLSX TERMINAL HAS BEEN EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES WERE FORESEEABLE.

9.3 Nominal Liability Cap: Maximum $100 USD or Fees Paid

IN ANY CASE, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PLSX TERMINAL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (i) THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF INTERFACE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO PLSX TERMINAL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SACRIFICES, MINT FEES, CHAT FEES, AND CREATOR FEES ARE NOT INTERFACE FEES FOR THIS PURPOSE. THIS LIMITATION IS CUMULATIVE AND APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR LEGAL THEORY.

9.4 No Liability for Digital Asset Transactions, Blockchain Events, or User Actions

PLSX Terminal explicitly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for:

  • Any blockchain transaction you submit or attempt to submit through the Site, including failures, delays, errors, reverted transactions that still cost gas, and losses.
  • The outcome, success, failure, profitability, or loss of value of any coin, NFT, farm position, lock, or vault you create, hold, or trade.
  • Market volatility, price fluctuations, slippage, failed fills, or any financial loss incurred through trading or holding digital assets.
  • Technical failures, security breaches, vulnerabilities, or operational issues of PulseChain, any smart contract, any wallet including the embedded wallet, any aggregator, order service, farm, or other third-party service.
  • Network-level issues, including blockchain forks, reorganizations, 51% attacks, or consensus failures.
  • The actions, omissions, or misrepresentations of other users, including coin creators, tax token operators, chat posters, callers, dust senders, Coin War participants, and machine callers.
  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed on the Site.
  • Loss of access to the embedded wallet through a lost password, lost seed phrase, cleared browser storage, a compromised device, or a compromised Telegram account.

10. Indemnification: You Agree to Protect and Hold Us Harmless

You agree to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold harmless PLSX Terminal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Losses"), arising out of or relating to, directly or indirectly: (a) your access to or use of the Site or Services; (b) your breach or violation of any of these Terms; (c) any transaction you initiate, conduct, or facilitate using the Site; (d) any coin, tax token, NFT, lock, vault, or machine you create, hold, provide liquidity for, purchase, sell, trade, or operate using the Site; (e) your violation of any applicable law, rule, regulation, or third-party right; (f) any User Content you submit; (g) your negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud; or (h) any dispute you have with any other user or any third party. You will cooperate fully in the defense of any such claim as reasonably requested. PLSX Terminal reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you shall not settle any such matter without our written consent.

11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver: Individual Dispute Resolution Only

11.1 Mandatory Binding Arbitration: Exclusive Dispute Resolution Mechanism

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof (collectively, "Disputes"), shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (the "LCIA") in accordance with the LCIA Rules for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, or if the parties cannot agree, appointed in accordance with the LCIA Rules. The seat and location of the arbitration shall be London, England. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator shall be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in a court under law or in equity. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. "Disputes" includes any dispute, claim, or controversy of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, statute, equity, or any other legal theory, and whether arising before, during, or after the termination of these Terms.

11.2 Class Action Waiver: You Waive the Right to Class or Representative Lawsuits

YOU AND PLSX TERMINAL HEREBY EXPRESSLY AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING, MAINTAIN, OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DISPUTE ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR THE SERVICES. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL HAVE NO POWER OR AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT CLASS ARBITRATION OR AWARD CLASS-WIDE RELIEF. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS A MATERIAL AND ESSENTIAL PART OF THESE TERMS AND THAT YOU ARE KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

12. User Conduct and Responsible Use: Ethical and Lawful Activities Only

12.1 Prohibited User Conduct

You explicitly agree, represent, and warrant that you will not use the Site or any related Services in any manner that:

  • Violates Laws and Regulations: Violates or encourages the violation of any applicable law, rule, regulation, ordinance, or governmental decree, including securities, commodities, anti-money laundering, sanctions, export control, tax, consumer protection, intellectual property, and privacy laws.
  • Fraudulent, Scam, and Manipulative Activities: Involves, promotes, or facilitates any fraud, scam, deceptive practice, market manipulation, pump-and-dump scheme, rug pull, honeypot tax configuration, wash trading, or other unlawful or unethical financial scheme, including through coins launched, tax tokens configured, calls made, or messages posted through the Site.
  • Harassment, Abuse, and Infringement of Rights: Harasses, abuses, threatens, intimidates, defames, stalks, doxes, or impersonates any person or entity, including through chat messages, profiles, coin names, or images, or infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights of others.
  • Harmful, Offensive, and Illegal Content: Distributes, transmits, or promotes content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, harassing, violent, or that promotes self-harm, illegal activity, or discrimination based on any protected characteristic.
  • Unauthorized Access and Security Breaches: Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, its databases, the administrative endpoints, another user's embedded wallet keystore, or any user data, or to circumvent any security measure or signature check.
  • Interference with Site Functionality: Interferes with, disrupts, or impairs the Site or the servers and networks used to provide it, including through malware, denial-of-service attacks, spam, chat flooding, rate-limit evasion, or abuse of the dust pool, airdrop, or promo endpoints.
  • Automated Abuse and Excessive Usage: Uses bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Site, farm Reputation Points, rotate identities in the TrollBox, or collect data in a manner that violates these Terms or places an unreasonable burden on the Site's infrastructure.
  • Misleading Statements and Misrepresentations: Makes misleading, false, or deceptive statements about digital assets, the Site, PLSX Terminal, or any related person, including claiming to represent PLSX Terminal or to offer a PLSX Terminal token.
  • Use by Minors: Uses the Site if you are under 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, in violation of Section 18.
  • Circumvention of Restrictions: Attempts to circumvent any security feature, access control, geographic restriction, rate limit, or other protective measure implemented by PLSX Terminal or its service providers.

12.2 Reporting Abuse

If you suspect or become aware of suspicious, harmful, or unlawful activity or content on the Site, or believe that any coin, message, profile, or promotional placement is intended to facilitate fraud or other harm, you are strongly encouraged to report it through the support channels communicated on the Site from time to time.

12.3 Automated Anti-Abuse and Risk Detection Systems

PLSX Terminal may, but is not obligated to, employ automated systems such as rate limits, profanity and phishing-link filters, signature checks, replay guards, and activity scoring to detect and limit abuse. If these systems flag your activity or content, the Site may, without prior notice or liability, display warnings, require additional steps, limit or suspend features, restrict your access, hide or remove User Content, or adjust your Reputation Points. These measures create no obligation on our part to monitor all activity or to detect or prevent all abuse, and we are not liable for errors or limitations in them.

12.4 Ethical Use Guidelines

While PLSX Terminal is not responsible for policing user behavior, we strongly encourage all users to use the Site responsibly, ethically, and lawfully. You agree not to exploit vulnerabilities in any contract, target vulnerable or unsophisticated users, or promote harmful or misleading content. PLSX Terminal reserves the right, but not the obligation, to decline to display any coin, content, or transaction, and to restrict access, for activities that in our sole judgment are unethical, harmful, or inconsistent with these guidelines.

13. Experimental Technology and Technical Limitations

13.1 Experimental Technology: "Beta" Service with Potential for Errors

You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Site and Services are provided as an experimental, "beta" stage technology platform, based on rapidly evolving blockchain and cryptographic technologies, and that they, and all underlying contracts and services, may contain errors, bugs, inaccuracies, unexpected behavior, security vulnerabilities, and limitations despite our efforts.

13.2 Technical Limitations: Design Choices and Safety Measures

The Site is subject to inherent technical limitations, design choices, and safety measures, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Complexity and Amount Limits: Limits on batch sizes, message lengths, image sizes, lock counts, slippage ranges, and similar parameters.
  • Rate Limiting and Usage Restrictions: Rate limits, cool-downs, daily caps, and other throttling to prevent abuse and protect infrastructure.
  • Data Display Delays and Latency: Chain data, prices, charts, and feeds may be cached or delayed, and Redis or RPC outages can leave displays stale or empty.
  • Device and Browser Requirements: The Site, the embedded wallet, and the progressive web app may not function fully on unsupported devices, outdated browsers, private windows, or browsers with storage disabled, and clearing browser storage removes your local keystore, your saved preferences, and your record of accepting these Terms.
  • Dynamic Risk Warnings: Warnings and readiness indicators shown on the Site are algorithmic approximations, may be wrong, and are not advice. The absence of a warning does not indicate safety.
  • Emergency Suspension and Protective Shutdowns: If we detect anomalies, security threats, or other circumstances that in our sole judgment threaten users or the Site, we may suspend the Site or any feature, in whole or in part, with or without notice, without liability for resulting delays, losses, or inconvenience. Suspending the Site does not and cannot pause any on-chain contract.
  • These limitations and measures are implemented for legitimate purposes including security, stability, fairness, and risk mitigation. They do not reflect any judgment regarding specific transactions or assets, and we may modify or add to them at any time without notice.

14. User-Generated Coins and NFT Positions: Creator Is Solely Responsible

If you use the PLSX Launcher, the HEX Launcher, the tax token creator, the Token Locker, or any NFT collection to create a coin, configure a token, lock tokens, or take an on-chain position:

  • Creator Is Solely the Issuer and Responsible Party: You are the sole and exclusive issuer, creator, and responsible party for that coin or position. PLSX Terminal plays no role in its issuance or management beyond providing the interface and, where applicable, deploying and receiving the disclosed fees of the public contract it runs on.
  • No PLSX Terminal Endorsement, Verification, or Recommendation: We do not endorse, verify, audit, approve, or recommend any user-generated coin, and we conduct no due diligence, security audit, legal review, or compliance check on it. Its appearance on the Site is automatic and is not validation.
  • Creator's Exclusive Legal and Regulatory Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the creation, distribution, marketing, tax configuration, and use of your coin complies with all applicable laws in every relevant jurisdiction, including securities, commodities, consumer protection, intellectual property, privacy, and tax laws, and for any disclosures owed to its buyers.
  • No PLSX Terminal Ownership or Liability: PLSX Terminal takes no ownership interest or equity in user-generated coins. The 1% platform share of launcher trades and the 0.45% share of tax token taxes are service fees, and mint fees are sacrifices for fun; none of them is underwriting or a participation in any offering. PLSX Terminal disclaims all liability for user-generated coins, their functionality, security, legality, market performance, and any losses arising from them.

15. Tax, Accounting, and Legal Disclaimer: No Professional Advice Provided

PLSX Terminal does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing on the Site, including fee schedules, sacrifice descriptions, RP rules, and educational content, is intended as tax, accounting, legal, investment, or other professional advice. Sacrifices, burns, mint fees, airdrops, fee claims, and every other action on the Site may have tax consequences in your jurisdiction. You should consult qualified professionals who know your circumstances before making any decision or undertaking any transaction, and to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. PLSX Terminal makes no representation regarding the tax, accounting, or legal implications of using the Site.

16. Restricted Jurisdictions: Geographic Limitations

Due to the complex and evolving regulatory landscape governing digital assets, we may restrict access to the Site from certain geographic locations, countries, or regions that PLSX Terminal has designated as "Restricted Jurisdictions." You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any of the following Restricted Jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, or any jurisdiction sanctioned by the United States of America, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United Nations, including those on the sanctions lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control. PLSX Terminal reserves the right to update this list at any time and to block access from IP addresses or regions we reasonably believe are associated with Restricted Jurisdictions or with users in violation of these restrictions.

17. Privacy Notice: What We Collect and Why

Please carefully review our separate Privacy Notice, available at plsx.fun/privacy, for detailed information about the limited data we collect, including the wallet-keyed activity records behind profiles, boosts, calls, Reputation Points, the dust pool, and the Computer Fund, the Telegram data and encrypted keystore held for mini app users, the content you post, and the third-party services that process it. By using the Site you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

18. No Use by Minors: Age of Majority Requirement

The Site and Services are not intended for, and are strictly prohibited to, individuals under the age of 18 years or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If we become aware or have reason to believe that you do not, we reserve the right to immediately restrict or terminate your access and to delete any information associated with your use to the extent permitted by law.

19. Market Volatility: Prices Can Change Suddenly and Dramatically

You understand that the prices and valuations of digital assets, including coins launched and traded through the Site, are characterized by extreme volatility and are subject to rapid, sudden, and unpredictable fluctuations. Any displayed value, price, market capitalization, chart, all-time-high marker, or other market information on the Site can change dramatically without warning and may be outdated, delayed, or inaccurate. We make no promise regarding the availability, accuracy, or continuity of pricing data and undertake no obligation to monitor or mitigate volatility. You must not rely on Site-displayed prices for time-sensitive decisions.

20. Educational and Informational Content: Not Professional Guidance

Any guides, how-it-works explainers, FAQs, tooltips, disclosures, rule descriptions, or other educational content on the Site, including the Info page, are provided solely for general information to help you understand the Site's features. We make no warranty regarding their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and they may lag behind the deployed contracts. Nothing in them constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Where a description on the Site and a deployed contract differ, the contract governs.

21. Inherent Technology Risks: Blockchain Limitations and Vulnerabilities

By using the Site and engaging with PulseChain or any smart contract, you accept the inherent and substantial risks of blockchain technology and decentralized systems, including forks, reorganizations, 51% attacks, double-spending vulnerabilities, smart contract coding errors and exploits, oracle and price-average failures, consensus vulnerabilities, congestion, and other disruptions that may affect transaction finality, data integrity, security, and token utility. PLSX Terminal has no responsibility or obligation to support or compensate you for losses arising from these network-level issues or the experimental nature of the underlying technologies.

22. Reservation of Rights: Our Discretion to Manage and Modify the Site

PLSX Terminal expressly reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to take any action with respect to the Site, the Services, and user access, including:

  • Modification, Suspension, or Discontinuation: To modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Site, any Service, or any feature, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party. Deployed contracts continue to exist on chain whether or not the Site displays them.
  • Amendment of Terms: To amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 23.
  • Access Restrictions and Display Management: To deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site or any part of it, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and to hide, remove, or override the display of any coin, profile, content, or promotional placement, without liability to you.
  • Implementation of Technical Limitations: To implement, modify, or remove the technical limitations and safety measures described in Section 13.2 and elsewhere, at any time and without notice.
  • General Site Management and Protection: To take any other action that PLSX Terminal, in its sole and reasonable judgment, deems necessary or appropriate to operate, maintain, improve, secure, or protect the Site and Services, its users, itself, or the broader PulseChain community.

23. Modifications to These Terms: Binding Upon Continued Use

PLSX Terminal reserves the unilateral right to amend, modify, revise, or update these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior notice. If we make material changes we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, which may include posting the updated Terms on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date, asking you to accept them again when you next visit, or providing notice by other electronic means. The specific form and timing of notice is at our discretion.

Your continued access to or use of the Site or Services after any modification becomes effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Site and Services. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

24. General Provisions: Standard Legal Terms and Conditions

24.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Except as otherwise expressly required by mandatory applicable law, these Terms and any Disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive forum for resolving any Disputes that are not subject to mandatory binding arbitration as set forth in Section 11 shall be the courts of England and Wales. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in them.

24.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice (plsx.fun/privacy), the Fees schedule (plsx.fun/fees), and any other document expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and PLSX Terminal regarding your use of the Site and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, understandings, and agreements relating to their subject matter.

24.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

24.4 No Waiver

No waiver by PLSX Terminal of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by PLSX Terminal to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

24.5 Force Majeure

PLSX Terminal shall not be liable or responsible, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including: (a) acts of God; (b) flood, fire, earthquake, pandemics, epidemics, or other natural disasters; (c) war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, insurrection, or revolution; (d) labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, or other industrial disturbances; (e) action by any governmental authority, including changes in laws or regulations; (f) embargoes, import or export restrictions, or sanctions; (g) blockchain network congestion or failures; (h) power outages, internet or communication disruptions, or failure of hosting, database, RPC, or other essential services; (i) cyberattacks, hacking, malware, or security breaches; or (j) other similar causes beyond our reasonable control (collectively, "Force Majeure Events").

24.6 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior express written consent of PLSX Terminal, which may be withheld in our sole discretion. PLSX Terminal may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets or business. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms bind and benefit the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

24.7 No Agency or Partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and PLSX Terminal, and neither party has any right or authority to act on behalf of or bind the other in any respect. Coin creators, callers, machine callers, dust senders, and other users are not our agents.

24.8 Headings for Convenience Only

The section headings and subheadings in these Terms are included for convenience and ease of reference only and shall not be considered part of these Terms or used in their interpretation.

24.9 Language

These Terms are drafted in the English language. Any translation is provided solely for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version governs.
